All deliveries are made via Royal Mail UK. 

UK Delivery & International Delivery

Within the UK:

  • Signed for 2nd Class - FREE
    With a cover up to £50 - 3 to 4 days
  • Signed for 1st Class - £2.99
    With a cover up to £50 - 1 to 2 days
  • Tracked Delivery - £5.99
    With a cover up to £500 - next day
  • Special Tracked Delivery - Free for Vintage Rings  

International Shipping:

  • Tracked & Signed - £3.99
    With a cover up to £50 - 3 to 4 days
  • International Special with Delivery Confirmation - Free for Vintage Rings

Currently delivery times may vary due to COVID-19 & Brexit measurements and restrictions on international postage. Nadine Pieces can not be held responsible for any delays or national restrictions. 

Orders will be dispatched within 1 - 3 working days - custom orders can take longer. 

You will receive an email once your package has been posted. Customers with Tracked Delivery can track their order online. Signed For Delivery can be tracked after a delivery has been missed to plan a new delivery date.

Nadine Pieces is an UK based company. International orders may receive a Duty charge which is not covered by Nadine Pieces. 


Due to hygienic reason we do not accept the return of earrings or piercings.

I hope you love your new pieces! If you do change your mind or for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your item you can return rings, bracelets and necklaces unused and unworn within 14 days after the date of delivery.

Please email info@nadinepieces.com for return instructions. 

I take great care in creating and packaging my pieces. In the event you do receive a faulty item please send an email (with pictures of the issue) to info@nadinepieces.comso I can help you.

Nadine Pieces is not liable for any broken items that have been mistreated. Please check out the Jewellery Care Guide at the bottom of the page for more information on how to take care of your pieces.

If your item is faulty the return costs will be reimbursed. In case of a normal return the customer will pay for postage. I recommend you post it recorded/tracked to ensure arrival. Please keep your receipt for proof of return.

Nadine Pieces takes responsibility for repairs, manufacturing and quality issues for the maximum amount of 2 months after delivery. This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidental damage or misuse.

  • We do not accept returns (for refund or exchange) for earrings due to hygienic reasons or for any worn or used items, at the exception of items damaged in transit. 
  • We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without checking with us first.
  • We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All custom made orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • We take responsibility for repairs and quality issues for the maximum amount of 2 months after delivery.
